PRICES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
1. All labor and materials necessary to design and install a complete ecologically balanced water garden.
2. Our system is based on the principles of establishing a working ecosystem within your water garden, to keep it clean while reducing maintenance.
3. The system is comprised of a mechanical skimmer, pre-filter, biological waterfall filter and beneficial bacteria.
4. We do all excavation, rock work and construction.
5. After excavation, a geo-textile underlayment will be placed beneath a 45 mil, fish safe, EPDM rubber liner.
6. River-rock cobbles and boulders will then be placed by hand against the vertical pond walls and gravel will be filled in between rocks and boulders covering up the liner.
7. Plumbing lines and low voltage light wires, and the mechanical components will be hidden from sight above and below the water-line.
7. Upon completion of the project, you will receive basic instructions on the operation and maintenance of your new Water Garden and an informative owners' manual.
OPTIONAL ADD-ONS:

2. Hillside Falls $250 (per running Foot)
3. Re-routing of gas, water, sewer, telephone, power, drain, etc.$85/hour
4. Automatic Water Fill ( to existing hook-up within 10' of skimmer $275

NOTES
Assumes reasonable access & level terrain. Does not include excessive tree, plant removal, Soil exportation or the re-routing of utility lines including sprinkler, drain, water, telephone, gas, sewer or power lines. Homeowner to provide building permits/or will be attained by contractor with a permit fee (if needed).
