OUR WHOLE PROCEDURES
Step 1: Meeting to go over what the client wants and needs are. ($35-$75 depending on the location of the meeting place)
Step 2: Conceptual design to final design. (The service for this phase can vary from $150-$1,500, depending on the time frame of hours put into the project before finalization)
Step 3: Cost estimate for the whole contruction of the site. (Previous charge will be deducted from the whole cost of project)
Step 4: Signing a contract with us.
Step 5: Submittal to Homeowner Association or city if needed. (Price ranges upon city required cost for submittal)
Step 6: We will start the project as soon as all the other steps are completed. (Time range of construction vary upon size)
ADDITIONAL COST THAT WILL BE CHARGED:
All paper sizes 11"x17" and below are free of charge.
24"x36": $5.00 per page
36"x42": $8.00 per page
These documents are constructed for the contractor usage upon building the project. We do not carry the service of creating and selling landscape production package for customers. The pages that we will present to you during the designing phase are for you to keep, which is sized at 8.5"x11".
